 75 g Quinoa
 25 g Porridge Oats
 4 Cardamon Pods
 250 ml Almond Milk
 2 Ripe Peaches (Thinly Sliced)
 1 tsp Maple Syrup or Honey

Mix the quinoa, oats and cardamon pods in a small saucepan with 250ml water and 100ml of almond milk. Bring to the boil, then simmer gently for 15 mins, stirring occasionally.

Add the remaining almond milk and cook for 5-6 mins more until creamy.

Remove the cardamon pods, spoon into bowls or jars, and top with the peaches and maple syrup or honey.
