Our HIIT workouts are designed for fat loss, toning and lean muscle growth. With our free calendars you will receive month by month a carefully curated training program that will see you achieve your fat loss goals.

Each calendar contains a link to the workout and includes a ‘Calories Burnt and Fat Loss Calculator’ to give a rough estimate of how many calories you have burned and how much weight you have lost during the session.
