There are several different exercise training styles that exist and there is no specific method that you have to stick to. Fitness training should be doable, enjoyable and motivating. Our training style is suited to those who need time efficient workouts that will help them lose fat, build muscle, increase strength and develop their functional fitness.

How much is the monthly membership?

For ease and transparency we only offer one membership type: Monthly

Your plan will automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of your current period.

What training level are the MrandMrsMuscle Workouts?

Our training protocol and workouts are designed for ALL LEVELS (Beginner to Advanced). Every session includes effective low impact modifications and is programmed to include progression throughout.

How to get the BEST RESULTS with MrandMrsMuscle?

If you are inexperienced with exercise programming we advise that you stick to our Weekly Workout schedule and use our Weekly Meal Plans.

Are the MrandMrsMuscle Trainers Qualified?

How do I cancel?

We have made cancelling your subscription easy. If you don’t want to continue, you can cancel your membership at any time.

For your cancellation to be successful you will need to cancel via the same place that you initially signed up.

If you subscribed via ''

Click on Account/ Dashboard, then 'Billing' and select 'Change Plan' then click on 'Cancel Membership'. Once cancelled, your membership will not renew. Please note that there aren’t refunds for partially unused membership periods.

If you subscribed through an App and pay via 3rd party (Apple, Google Play store, Amazon, Roku)

Changes and cancellation to your subscription can only be done via the 3rd party app's subscription management area. For more details on each please select below:


We ( do not have any control over in-app purchases. When you subscribe directly through the app, your subscription and payment information is with one of the above third-parties. We cannot cancel on your behalf or issue any refunds. You can contact the App Store, Play Store, Amazon FireTV or Roku for a refund if needed. It is at their discretion if a refund is issued.

We recommend that you make any changes or cancellation to your subscription plan at least 48 hours before renewal is due. 


MrandMrsMuscle strongly recommends that you consult your physician before starting any exercise or workout program. You should be in good physical and mental condition and be able to participate in the exercises. You should be aware and understand that when participating in any exercise or exercise program, there is the possibility of physical injury. If you engage in this workout, exercise or exercise program, you agree that you do so at your own risk, are voluntarily participating in these activities, assume all risk of injury to yourself, and agree to release and discharge MrandMrsMuscle from any and all claims or causes of action, known or unknown, arising out of MrandMrsMuscle's negligence.
